The aim of this article was to describe and analyze the opinions of undergraduate students and teachers in Physical Education about their experiences in the first semester of Remote Emergency Teaching and its implications for teaching-learning. This is a descriptive, qualitative-quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. A survey was carried out through a questionnaire and a content analysis of the reflections pointed out by 48 students and 6 professors. Benefits such as flexible resumption of activities, without travel costs and the ease of technology and the promotion of new skills and educational methodologies were pointed out. It was observed by the reports that the Emergency Remote Teaching presented many difficulties at the teaching-learning level despite the technological advantages, such as the low adherence and participation of teachers and students in classes, problems with internet access, in addition to high demand for activities and lack of satisfactory assessment methodologies, and that hybrid teaching is a future possibility, provided it is well structured.
