Abstract

REIS, Graça Regina Franco da Silva  and  CAMPOS, Marina Santos Nunes de. Narrative crafts: conversations between curriculum and teacher training. e-Curriculum [online]. 2023, vol.21, e59638.  Epub June 30, 2023. ISSN 1809-3876.  https://doi.org/10.23925/1809-3876.2023v21e59638.

This text aims to present research carried out in the context of a university extension aimed at thinking about the ways in which teachers weave their own knowledge in/of the profession, creating curricula on a daily basis. It recognizes the inseparability of methodological-theoretical-political procedures and, for this, makes use of references from research in everyday life and from narrative research, thinking of these narratives as artisanal processes. The provisional considerations point out that teaching narratives, when documented and disseminated, in addition to providing opportunities for the self-education of those who experience them, can offer subsidies for teacher training and for the formulation of educational policies aimed at teacher training.

Keywords : teacher training; narrative research; curriculum creation; self-formation.
