The paper approach fundamental learning dimensions - knowing-how, knowing-how to lean, knowing-how to think, knowing-how to do, knowing-how to be sociable and knowing-how to be - that can be considered in a teaching evaluation, as well as having a questionnaire elaborated with support in these dimensions. The relative referential to these learning dimensions and the data collect instrument were used in a evaluation study of the impact of the Estado de Goiás Pró-Ciências courses on behalf of Biology, Physic, Chemistry and Mathematics high school teachers. The characterization of learning dimensions suggests aspects to be appraised and the questionnaire has some items which refers teacher actions in his professional exercise.
