The text highlights the political radicality of proposing an Education Management with active resistance to a democratic agenda with social justice. What education management and what training of managers? What requirements for training manager-educators? The text prioritizes a political look: to reaffirm the management of education in the management reason of the State, in how the State administers the Others, the oppressed in the political relations of power. The text gives centrality to the management of education with social justice: What social justice in times of justice, which produces injustices? What training of managers to manage the wronged resistant?
