In this paper, we discuss the Social Representations Theory in the field of the multiple voices between emotion and education, in the perspective of Moscovici, Jodelet, Banchs and Maturana. Finally, we explore the contribution of the Theory of the Social Representations in the field of the education. We use bibliographical research. The study shows that the Theory of the Social Representations, inaugurated by Moscovici (1978), is a knowledge form about knowledge shared within social groups which mold both subjects and their social realities. The articulation between social representations and the affective dimension means considering that emotion is present in the process of construction of these representations and vice versa. Education, according to Maturana (1998), is constituted in a process of living with the other one. This process approximates and transforms I and the other as both learn to coexist in society. The study of social representations offers a significant contribution for education as the knowledge that guides the educative process, its structure, mechanisms and laws about the process actor’s way of thinking and acting.
