The matter of the question is Brazil's National Evaluation Program in Education (Provão). The issue at stake is that the evaluation program in process does not find supporting modem education theory. The legal papers from Brazil's National Council of Education suggest otherwise. The theory and practice of Brazilian school education doesn't agree with the Brazilian Ministry of Education's positions, suggesting that this is the moment and opportunity to discuss these subjects with Brazil's National Council of Education.
