The object of this paper lies on the confluence of three themes, which make its approach difficult. These themes are: Adult and Youth Education, Teacher training and The countryside education, each one with its own specificities that need to be articulated in the unit training of EJA countryside educators, with the aim of promoting an analysis of the issues faced by this training. The subdivision of the article in items that correspond to the themes articulated in that unit, will be approached in the end, an approach about what unites them, pointing out some conclusions. On each of these issues there is a reasonable production of articles, surveys, tests, documents, but about the proposal mentioned above there are no records, if they exist, they are rare. For this reason the expression almost everything has to be done is added to the title of this paper to reinforce the importance of reflection and the importance of the proposed approach.
