Abstract

BARRA, Valdeniza Maria Lopes da. The teacher statute of work: a political challenge for the 50 years of the internship. Rev. Educ. Questão [online]. 2020, vol.58, n.55, e18105.  Epub Jan 29, 2021. ISSN 1981-1802.  https://doi.org/10.21680/1981-1802.2020v58n55id18105.

How does the school teacher's work mark the process of institutionalization of the internship in the context of policies and formation of teacher education, in the period comprising Resolution no. 9, of October 6, 1969 until the recent national policy of formation of teachers in Brazil (PIBID, pedagogical residency)? This issue is addressed from the critical analysis of normative documents, literature review and data research involving elementary and higher education teachers and documentary study of PPPs from federal, municipal and State schools (internship field). The hypothesis is that there is a naturalization of the work performed by the school teacher. Lack of recognition of the statute of work would place the internship in a zone of invisibility that threatens it, while subtracting from it the main features transplanted to programs parallel to initial formation.
