The text analyses the scene where the National Examination of University Graduates are inserted and describe the results of the "big test" in high educational institutions of Santa Catarina State; the text analyses some observed data, relation it with the typical situations that the catarinense high educational have, direct the analyze for the some criteria used and the results of the concepts building by INEP.
