The study is based on a research realized at UFF/Niteroi/RJ by a group of teachers and students of the Department of Administration/Course of Master, about the Formation of Administrator, his moral and social maturation, besides conducting to reflection about the ideology and the methodologies that must be searched in the curricula of Administration courses. The sample includes 103 subjects, with age varing from 20 to 42 years. For the valuation of the moral judgment of the subjects, Questionary of Social Reflection with histories of Barreto, Crespo and Nogueira, adapted by Barreto (1995) was used. The histories distributed to the subjects have the some content, based on the Kohlberg typology of probation. As general conclusions we verify that the degree of correlation between MMS and the period of the course, is the average (= 0,6); and the degree of correlation between MMS of the students of female sex ((RSF = 0,77)) and the evolution of periods is high; and the degree of correlation between MMS of the students of male sex (RSM = 0,31) and the evolution of periods is low.
