This article is based in on institutional evaluation experience of the Catholic University of Brasília - UCB, from 1997 to 2000, that led to o conception of a simple and objective methodology. This new way of organization and exposition of the evaluation results makes the decision process more and the description of the proposed methodology, presenting the Results and Action Plan efficient and the consequent realization of the necessary changes to answer the mentioned problems. Preliminarily, is considered the theoretical fundaments of evaluation of educational programs and projects, in the institutional evaluation ambit. The main item contains the justifying as an instrument of organization and presentation of the evaluation results. After the instrument is described, the evaluators provide, to the involved authorities, the opportunity of knowing the surveyed critic points and decide about the solutions, in an objective, fundament, rational and secure way. At last, it's recommended the experimentation of this methodology in other situations to take profit of its capacity of contributing to the generation of the consequences to the undertaken evaluations.
