The objective of this article is to share with the scientific community some reflections and conclusions of the study carried out on elementary education. the focus of this paper is on the aspects that favor the participation of all students including those with special needs in school tasks, indeed we are convinced that the knowledge of these factors contribute to build an effective learning process. This work is the sum of teacher´s opinions about the different factors of participation and their incidence in the development of teaching and learning strategies.
