We rather prefer to soy education of distance thon learning at distance, since it is a process that involves more than learning or instruction, although it also encompasses both. We emphasize that the disign of an educational outline allows a wide perception of different perspectives and possibilities more addressed to students than to teachers or the means used in the educational process. We recommend the adoption of methodologies based on learning theories whose focus are mainly the student and the effective media that bridge the distance between teachers and students. The selection of more economic and feasible means (writing material and radio) is one of point underlined. However, the training of EAD users was 0/50 focused in this article.
