Abstract

Based on an analysis of the labor crisis in the world the author attempts to understand how this crisis affects youngsters and their entrance into the labor market. The analysis carries out the basic discussion: what project can be elaborated to face up to the transformations which occur in the working world; to the new processes and organization of labor; to the introduction of new technologies; to the modifications in labor qualification; to working conditions and to the relations existing in the work place? This reflection discusses principally the problem of Brazilian youngsters faced with the labor crisis, the changes in the market and in the working world.
