In this article, we describe the organization and methodology used in the discipline “Supervised Probation in the initial years of elementary school”, analyzing the contribution to the training of future teachers in the course of the Pedagogy at public university. The proposal is set using the dimension of labor and management as relevants axis, identified from the understanding of these issues as important elements for the professional formation of our students. In this paper, we discuss and problematize a proposal to the discipline, which involved the development of a management project in the school. To achieve that, it was necessary that others axis from the work organization were considered during the probation. The approach regarding the school management, although often overlooked as a dialogue space in the disciplines of probation, becomes an essential dimension to ensure students a reflexive experience in this dimension of an egress Pedagogy professional.
