The article analyzes the main characteristics of the relationship between education and social classes, through actions of corporate and educational managers in partnerships between the State, social organizations and the private sector. It addresses the political and pedagogical scenario in which they carry out the "policy networks" and the ethos of the commercial sector in public school. Method: analytical synthesis of documentary research and network analysis tool with the NODEXL are presented for policy network composition in Brazil. Results: The networks hold financial interests "grantmakers" that are justified by discourses of social commitment, but engender the commercial control over state institutions through the accountability mechanism of accountability with consequences for the management of the public school and the teaching profession. Conclusion: The role of these mechanisms in school organization collaborates to spread ideas and promote adherence of principles anchored in the logic of "public-private" management.
