Based on post-structural theoretical-methodological contributions, we take as an object of analysis the Implementation Guide for Remote Learning Strategies, produced by the Innovation Center for Brazilian Education (CIEB), we aim to problematize the relationship between technology, curriculum, knowledge and how in contemporary times, this relationship ends up reducing education to teaching and technology to half. We observe that this meaning is intensified in the pandemic context, with the linking of the unified and prescriptive curriculum, it is aligned with fixed scientific knowledge, unambiguous that is associated with technology as a current, direct and objective means, in an attempt to contain the production of meanings. We argue about the need to reactivate other meanings for technology, curriculum and knowledge relations, recovering the discursive dimension of this production, eclipsed by the emphasis on technology as an apparatus only.
