This study aimed to discuss aspects related to the actions developed by the Education Coordination with teachers of the final grades of Elementary School, with a view to the school inclusion of target students of Special Education in the regular state school system of a municipality of the state of Paraná, Brasil. Based on a qualitative approach, the research counted on 22 participants and used, as data collection instruments, the following: questionnaires to teachers and education coordinators, observation of the Education Coordination work and documentary analysis of the Pedagogical Master Plan of the four schools involved. The research showed that there is an action of the Education Coordination related to the monitoring of the plan and to the pedagogical practice of teachers and their continuing training. Moreover, it indicated that there are positive aspects as well as practices that can be reviewed by the coordination and by the teachers.
