Abstract

DE SANTANA CORREA, Marina  and  BUENO FERNANDES, Maria Lidia. Children's experiences in the territories of Paranoá and Itapoã in the Federal District. Linhas Críticas [online]. 2021, vol.27, e35202.  Epub May 11, 2021. ISSN 1981-0431.  https://doi.org/10.26512/lc.v27.2021.35202.

The research presents the knowledge production process of 2nd grade children from a school in the Administrative Region of Paranoá, DF. Geographical and historical knowledge about children's localities is constructed in an authorial way and has their experiences as a starting point and path for a process of strengthening belonging to the territory. The research demonstrates that producing knowledge through dialogue and in a participative way allows to create the school in the territory in a loving and political way. It is an action-research with children that has the study of the environment as a methodology of practical-theoretical support.
