Abstract

In the present research, resulting discussions of an investigation with teachers of Basic Education acting in the area of Natural Science who enjoy the digital technologies in their pedagogical action are presented. The goal is analyzing specificities of this adaptation in the voice of these teachers, covering since the usage of these digital technologies as didactic tools associated to the questions of the teaching-learning process, to how the use of these technologies related to the administrative tasks and associated with daily actions of the teacher. Therefore, eight teachers were interviewed, whose answers are structured in four categories: professional formation and performance; digital technology in the daily life; digital technologies as support for the didactic activities; and the adaptation of the teachers to the digital technology. The results point out that the teachers are adapted to the digital technology, although, in many cases the credit is in the personal research by personal interest, not being related to formation courses, even though a lot of them recognize the importance of these courses.
