This paper is studies on the identities at the becoming teacher’s process from five accordion teachers of five cities at the state of Rio Grande do Sul- Brazil. For these the theories on the becoming teacher’s process on music education and so the theory of identities mutation from Dubar (2009) are used. It is a qualitative research where the narratives are produced according to semi-structural interviews and so Oral History approach. In the interpretation of identities at the interviews are analyzed following Dubar (2009). From the institution that the author considers being in crises, three appears at the interview: 1. Family, much more like a heritage than a crisis, within this same discussion, the women in society; 2. Interrelationships on work are viewed; 3. Religion. Through the analyses of the identities the paper might contribute for the studies about Music Education Sociology, with a focus on the instrumentalist music teacher, considering this the relevance of the research.
