The present work deals with the revision and update of the theme social technologies from the point of view of education, being a theoretical approach that proposes future practical activities for the implementation of the ideas discussed here, from the point of view of the educational communitarian praxis, supported by technology. We want this work to generate meaningful information for educational agents and researchers who want to give sequence to research on this subject, and even its application. We present here references to the evaluation of educational actions that may be conducted by community centers, NGOs (nongovernmental organizations), trade unions, political parties, churches and social educators, these actions understood as praxis, where the theory affects the practice, in a process of growth of the person and the community.
