Abstract

RIBEIRO, José da Silva. The audiovisual thing in the teaching in virtual environments: from videograms to participative culture. Sér.-Estud. [online]. 2014, n.38, pp.15-32. ISSN 2318-1982.  https://doi.org/10.20435/2318-1982-2014-v.38(02).

Distance learning has remained hostage of manual, sound and audiovisual productions (videos and audiograms) endogenous - produced by the institutions themselves with specific educational goals, for a long time. The development of participative culture, the culture of convergence and the creation of educational resources shared gave teaching another opening and greater complexity that, in our view, may contribute to the development of critical and creative thinking of students. However, we insist on the production and presentation of video lessons. Does it make sense this production and use of audiovisual in teaching in virtual environments or are there perspectives for more active forms of audiovisual integration in teaching online?
