The purpose of this paper is to think the formation of readers and listeners, especially through childhood experiences arising from the formal school environment, harvested from a teaching practice in elementary school, in their relationship with literature, narrative language and the practice of reading. It helps to think of other possibilities to talk / write, teach and learn in school, considering that different texts and contexts, value other space-times and other practices. We propose to reflect on the oral and reading to observe the influence on production of written addressing principles governing the organization and production of discourse and the relationship between the reader and the this process' supporting.
