Abstract

The article presents reflections on the Education Development Arrangements (ADEs), focusing on ADE-Granfpolis in partnership with Instituto Positivo. The analyzes, from bibliographical and documentary research, reveal that they express new forms of intergovernmental cooperation, as well as the institutionalization of a new modality of public-private partnership. The results indicate that ADEs are a new educational business opportunity for private sector organizations.
