The aim of the article was to characterize the insertion of graduates from TVET courses at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Espírito Santo (Ifes) – Campus Guarapari in the local labour market. 122 graduates answered an electronic questionnaire applied in 2018. The results suggest a low insertion of graduates in the local labor market and not acting in their area of technical training. The results also indicate that Ifes of Guarapari does not accompany its graduates after their studies and does not provide them with support for professional insertion.
